Microsoft launches Surface laptop with a line of accessories and some minor updates in certain devices.

Highlights:

Introduction:

Microsoft launches Surface laptop along with a line of updated accessories. The company launched a whole list of fresh accessories and new devices. Some products have been updated while launching absolutely new products. But there’s only one line across all the devices that worked with one software: Teams.

Basically Microsoft is a software company at core. This fuels various artistic hardware products. Therefore it is not a surprise that the productivity software is the driving force behind the fresh launches. Microsoft is the company that pushes office integration on its earbuds.

Headphones 2+:

As a fact the company is actually debuting a slight upgrade to its Surface Headphone line. The Headphones 2+ for Business. The huge distinction is the on-ear Teams control addition.

Apart from this other additions in over-ear headphones are very minor. This includes enhanced remote calling. They are also premium at $299 compare two Headphone 2 at $250. They will start shipping later this month.

The remaining products fall under the modern line. This includes the Modern Mouse. Microsoft modern USB will also join Headphones and Wireless Headsets. The products will have a dedicated Teams button to join calls on Microsoft platform. They will start shipping in June for $50 and $100 respectively.

A 78-degree visibility Webcam:

The company has also added a 1080p webcam to the mix. The modern web cam comes with a 78-degree field of view and can shoot in HDR. It also has a privacy shutter on board for privacy settings.

Other software settings in the webcam include auto white balance and facial retouching. It also offers Teams certification. The webcam will start going out in June at $70.

The weirdest addition is Microsoft modern USB-C speaker. Why Cortana seems dead, Teams is again the driving force behind it. It is a desktop speaker with dual microphones that work with Teams calls. You can also listen to light music. The device arrives in June at a price of $100.
