Vatis Tech, a Bucharest-based firm, has announced that the AI online voice recognition platform has been closed for more than €200K. This funding is supplied by the TechAngels president, Early Game Ventures, the Sparking Capital, and the Mălin.

Created in 2020, Vatis Tech intends to deliver, for various fields in several languages, the most accurate and easy-to-use voice recognition API ever. At the same time, it works to enable everyone to use its infrastructure to create bespoke language recognition models with a minimum of resources.

“At Vatis Tech, we focus on creating European language recognition algorithms for European languages including French, Italian, German, Dutch, and Polish,” says founder and CEO Adrian Ispas. “Of course we started with the Romanian language and we have demonstrated that our solution has better outcomes than the technology available to established players.”

In tests conducted up to now, the transcription accuracy of its rival has reached 84 percent, compared to 94 percent for Vatis Tech. They are specialized in the media, financial, technology, and medical areas, and the voice recognition algorithms they create.

The service may be tried online by anybody. Developers can utilize the API in order to incorporate Vatis technology in their goods and services, get special support, and profit from favorable rates.

What makes Vatis Tech different?

As tech boys are imprecise, costly, and you must wait for their updates, the game was disrupted by Vatis Tech. They focus mostly on the European languages and are cheaper with their technology and can generate a minimum of resources for your custom-made models.

The Romanian-based company aims to deliver the most precise and user-friendly voice recognition API in several languages for many areas. At the same time, they seek to allow anyone to use their infrastructure to develop bespoke voice recognition models with little resources.

They are developing an automatic transcription platform and an audio and video information summary. They want to alter the way media material is created and edited. The platform presents the most significant thoughts, an edited transcript, an excerpt from a list of questions, referenced entities, and a short description. They intend to build specialist speech models for text fields like media, education, or medicine in order to provide voice-to-text functionality for people in different fields.

“We are pleased to assist Vatis Tech on its quest to become one of Europe’s leaders in voice recognition,” said Vlad Sarca, Sparking Capital Partner. The industry for automatic speech recognition has now reached more than $17 billion and is seeing substantial development.”

They realize that company executives want to improve their customer experience, to train or to integrate their voice data with other data sources so that they may take advantage of rivals. This potential has been noticed by the Vatis Tech team and provides solutions that can be implemented in the cloud and on-site to organizations wishing to benefit from technology competitively.

Mălin — TechAngels Chairman — declared in a statement: “I loved Adrian, Emanuel, and Alexandru, and I believe Vatis Tech is developing in a generous, nevertheless innovative market.” He feels that they can be the best, and they are here to assist them as investors. He is glad to be involved in a multiple-use initiative, helping technology to become more local and human.
