TWO OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE:
You can join Weverse by sending an email to: Simply select “Continue with E-mail.”
You can use an email address you previously used for Reply, Big Hit Shop, or ARMYPEDIA to log in.
Connect with Social Media: If you have a Twitter or Google account, you can connect it to create an account.
For the Weverse Store: The login for your account will be the same as for your Weverse account.
- Where can I subscribe to ‘ BTS BEHIND’?
Launch Weverse.
Go to the Media section.
Navigate to the ‘BTS Behind’ category.
Choose the ‘Buy Now’ button above the content.
Choose your preferred subscription pass.
Tap the ‘Buy Now’ button.
- How do payments and refunds work?
The subscription can only be purchased through the Weverse App.
ONLY AFTER THE EXISTING SUBSCRIPTION HAS EXPIRED CAN YOU PURCHASE A NEW SUBSCRIPTION.
During the automatic monthly subscription, you cannot purchase a 30-day, 90-day, or 180-day subscription.
You can cancel your subscription through the Weverse App, which is available for both Android and iOS.

A refund request can only be made within seven days of purchasing the subscription, and only if you have not watched the videos or opened the images (same for all passes).
