Snapchat recently launched its group video chat which has a capability to apply filters in the live video. With Snappables it looks like they have taken that feature a step further by marrying it with Augmented Reality (AR). It gives you new lenses for playing augmented reality games with your friends! You can control Snappables using touch, motion, and even facial expressions.

They are part of the lenses library and can be accessed in the same way you choose filters. The fun part is that you can use these snappable to play basketball, create a rock band and do a lot more with your friends. Snapchat in its official post says they will be releasing a new snappable every week. They have also built a leaderboard for the games that you play with your friends.
