About Crunchyroll App Subscription
Premium subscriptions begin at $7.99 per month (amount in USD in US App Store). Your iTunes Account will be debited automatically after you confirm your membership. Unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of your monthly term, your subscription will renew automatically. After purchasing, click Account Settings to modify your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal.
Within 24 hours of the current period expiring, your iTunes Account will be charged for renewal. A subscription that is currently active cannot be canceled while it is still valid.

- How do I terminate my membership?
You can easily cancel your renewal after the first 24 hours. Partial subscriptions, on the other hand, are not refundable. If you experience any difficulties following your cancellation, please contact us immediately and describe the issue. If the account is not utilized, the trial conditions specified during registration continue to apply. To avoid being charged during a free trial, you must cancel before the expiration of the trial time.

- What became of my Queue?
The web version of CR Queue is currently getting a revamp to include sort and filter functionality. All changes are not yet complete. While the upgrade is being performed in the background, manual ordering options have been disabled.
- What will additional features be added?
The option to “Favorite” multiple series and to filter your queue so that just your favorites are displayed. Sort your queue by the date the series was added or the last time it was seen.
- Is it planned to provide other Queue features?
We’re already working hard on different Queue features that we aim to provide in the following months. As a temporary substitute for manually categorizing items, we recommend using the favorite function to highlight the shows you wish to watch during your viewing experience. This capability will be rolled out to mobile experiences in the coming months as we update those applications.
- What is the situation of the Android Manga Store at the moment?
On May 13, 2020, the Crunchyroll Android mobile app will discontinue offering the ability to purchase and read manga ebooks. We recognize that removing this option will affect those of you who have purchased volumes of your favorite series to read. As a result, we’ve refunded the total amount of ebooks purchased on or after March 1, 2019.
- Why isn’t the video playing? (iOS)
If you are having trouble viewing an episode or series, please check if the show has not been dubbed in another language. The season selector should show whether you watch the original series (in English) or a dub.
If you intentionally intend to view an International Dub and it does not work, you must check that the dubbed language matches the language option you have selected.
