Amazon announced the launch of its waterproof Kindle. The product is aptly named Kindle Oasis. However, it is interesting to note that Amazon has been selling Kindle from last 10 years and have never thought of launching a waterproof version earlier.
The Kindle Oasis has got 7 inch screen with a new fast-charging high battery backup. It also has the highest resolution so far in the Kindle product family. It has the two capacity variants at 8GB and 32 GB. On the Amazon Online store following specs are currently shown:-
