If you’ve been barred or your chat has been disabled, it’s possible that you used abusive language or were spamming within the class. Any breach of established classroom etiquette or expected student conduct may result in the Educator submitting a report to the Unacademy Learner Support team for evaluation. Depending on the seriousness of the case, you may face a ban or blockade.

Where can I discover the balance of my credits?

To determine your credit balance and to understand how it works, please follow the steps below:

On the Unacademy mobile application:

Navigate to the ME tab in the app’s bottom-right corner.
Scroll down to the Credits section.
Select the See all check box.
You may now examine both your current balance and credit history.
Tap on the I icon in the top-right corner of the screen to learn more about Credits.

What is the procedure for logging out of my Unacademy account?

Please follow the instructions below to log out of your Unacademy account. On the Unacademy app:

Navigate to the ME tab in the app’s bottom-right corner.
Select Settings>Sign out from the menu.
Your account will be deactivated.

How do I modify/update my cell phone number or email address?

It is always suggested to maintain your Unacademy email and phone number current in order to have a seamless experience and get clear communication. This is how you do it:

App: Please follow the instructions below to change/update your cell number or email address on the Unacademy mobile app:

Navigate to the Me tab in the app’s bottom-right corner.
Select Settings>Profile from the menu bar.
To update the credentials, tap on the phone number or email address. A new page will pop up to check the details.
If you desire to update your credentials, you may do so here and check before proceeding.
When finished, click Save.
