“Zoom Apps are an important component in Zoom’s shift from an app to a platform since they enable seamless integration of third-party apps within Zoom,” said Zeus Kerravala, Principal Analyst at ZK Research. “Zoom Applications provide users access to their favorite entertainment, productivity, wellness, and lifestyle apps while still preserving the Zoom meeting experience – allowing them to do more with video communications.”
