- How can I determine how many Privilege Credits I have?
Your Privilege credits and progression to the next tier level can be checked in the following locations:
- My Account on the Europcar website or app
- You have a virtual Privilege card on your smartphone.

- Where can I send a Query if I’m missing privilege credits?
If your Privilege credits have not been appropriately credited to your account six weeks after the invoicing of an eligible Privilege rental, please fill out all mandatory fields of the Privilege online query form in the Query section of My Europcar, including the Reservation OR Rental Agreement number, Pick-up date and station, and Return station.
A Privilege specialist will review your request, and any appropriate credits will be applied to your account.
- When do I have to return the vehicle?
The automobile must be returned to the Europcar station on the date and time mentioned on the rental agreement documentation. The rental period finishes when you return the vehicle to a Europcar station and hand over the keys and registration documentation to a Europcar agent or representative.
The rental period is calculated as a continuous 24 hour period that is not separated by the time the automobile is picked up. At the end of the rental, Europcar provides a tolerance period of 29 minutes.
- Can I amend or cancel my reservation after it has been confirmed?
You can cancel your reservation through the same booking channel you used to make it or contact our local Call Center. Cancellations made via the Europcar reservation website will be effective once recorded in the Europcar reservation system.
You have the following options for canceling your reservation: You may cancel the reservation for free up to 48 hours before the rental begins. If you do not, a fine of 50€ will be charged. If You have not canceled and do not appear at the Europcar rental location to pick up the Vehicle, the amount will be charged as a “no show” fee according to the country of rental.
This amount will be charged in either local currency or your card’s billing currency, depending on the situation and at the exchange rate and terms in force at the time of the transaction.
