- What exactly is a rental?
Viki is happy to provide you with early access to new releases. To better serve you, you can now rent and watch some movies without having a Viki Pass subscription. After renting a film, you’ll have 30 days to watch it. After you’ve started, you’ll have 48 hours to complete the film.

- Are subtitles available for rented shows?
All films will contain English subtitles upon release. However, our active network of volunteers contributes subtitles in various languages to the majority of films. They are missing or incomplete if the community has not yet completed subtitling.
- Rentals – How long is the lease period for my leased show?
After payment is received for your rented show, you will have 30 days to access it. Your movie rental is valid for 48 hours from the time you begin watching. You may find out when your rental content expires on the website for the leased program or the Viki Homepage or Rented page beneath the title’s thumbnail.
- Rentals – How can I redeem a discount code?
If you have a Viki promo code, you may redeem it during the renting process by selecting the “Add promo code +” option on the checkout page.
- Is it possible to purchase a Viki Pass subscription using a Promo Code?
Suppose you have a promo code for a Viki Pass membership and the title you’re interested in has subscription and access options. In that case, you can redeem your subscription discount by following the steps mentioned below.
- How can I sign in on my iOS/Android mobile device?
On the app’s home screen, scroll down to the Rented section. To get the complete list of your rented movies, tap on ‘Rented.’
If you’re currently watching a rental, the film will display on your list of Continue Watching titles.

- What is Viki Pass?
Subscription to Viki Pass-Viki Pass is a subscription service that enables you to watch ad-free and high-definition content. Once you’ve applied a plan to your account, it cannot be changed.
Please remember that you should not cancel your QC Viki Pass subscription once you become a QC or apply your code. If you cancel the plan, you will effectively lose all of your Viki Pass benefits at the next renewal date, as your account would be without a card.
If a card is present and you resubscribe later, you will be charged in full for the subscription. If you accidentally cancel your membership, please contact us immediately to rectify the error and avoid charging for your QC benefit Viki Pass subscription.
